- Primary therapeutic care provider for 8-10 youths age 14-19 struggling with various mental health issues in varying presentations of acuity.

Primary Therapist – Today Incorporated – February 2008 to August 2010.
- Primary therapeutic care provider for 8-12 youths age 13-19 struggling with addiction and mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, ADHD, ODD, OCD, and all forms of abuse.
- Provided individual, group, same-sex and family therapy, psychoeducational lectures, and behavioral re-direction interventions concurrent with a Modified Treatment Community format.

- Designed and implemented comprehensive Master Treatment Plans, maintained detailed case notes, and established multi-faceted continuing care plans.
